Mirroring

You grant RankLabs permission to scrape and create technical mirrors of your public-facing HTML for the purpose of AEO enrichment.

Injection

You authorize us to use Node.js and Cheerio-based logic to inject semantic metadata and JSON-LD schemas into these mirrored pages.

Delivery

We serve these hardened pages through a reverse proxy or middleware, ensuring your store remains "Transaction-Ready" without touching your core codebase.

Infrastructure

While we strive for high uptime of our laboratory nodes, we are not liable for lost traffic due to upstream network issues or client-side server failures.

Authorized Access

You grant RankLabs a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use automated systems (scrapers, crawlers, or bots) to access your public-facing website. This access is granted specifically for AEO audits, identifying data noise, and creating mirrored HTML.

Bot Etiquette

Our laboratory scrapers (e.g., RankLabsBot) are engineered to minimize server load and will adhere to "Ethical Scraping" standards.

No Interference

You agree not to block or "throttle" laboratory bots during your subscription term, as this prevents us from maintaining your data veracity.

Third-Party Data

We may scrape public data from competitors for benchmarking. You acknowledge this is performed as a factual, transformative analysis for market research.

Source Data Responsibility

You represent and warrant that all product details, pricing, and availability information on your public-facing store are accurate and current. RankLabs is not responsible for errors in the mirrored HTML caused by inaccuracies in your original source data.

AI Interpretation

You acknowledge that third-party AI Agents and LLMs may occasionally misinterpret or misrepresent the "Hardened" data nodes provided by our laboratory. We are not liable for any discrepancies, "hallucinations," or errors in how these third-party tools display your product information to end users.

Data Latency

While our laboratory scrapers are designed for high-speed ingestion, there may be a delay between a change on your store and the update of your mirrored AEO nodes.

Laboratory Property

All proprietary algorithms, the "Rl" logo, and AEO hardening protocols are the exclusive property of RankLabs.

Client Data

You retain all rights to your original product data and brand assets. You grant us a limited license to modify and serve this data solely to fulfill the technical AEO protocol.

Subscription Tiers

Monthly fees vary by tier and are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate.

Professional Setup Fee

The Professional tier requires a one-time setup fee of $5,000 USD. This fee covers the initial 30-day Pilot Study engineering, custom proxy configuration, and onboarding of your product catalog. The setup fee is non-refundable once the Pilot Study has commenced.

Payments

All fees are processed through secure third-party providers. The setup fee is charged upon contract execution, and monthly subscription fees are billed at the start of each billing cycle.

Refund Policy

RankLabs maintains a strict no-refund policy for services rendered. The following terms apply:

• Professional Setup Fee ($5,000 USD): Non-refundable. The setup fee is earned in full upon payment and is considered compensation for reserving laboratory resources and scheduling the Pilot Study. No refunds will be issued regardless of whether the Pilot Study has commenced.
• Monthly Subscription Fees: Non-refundable. All monthly fees are earned in full at the start of each billing cycle. Cancellation requests will take effect at the end of the current billing period; no partial or pro-rata refunds will be issued.
• Annual Subscriptions: Cancellation within the first 14 days will result in a refund of the annual fee minus one month at the standard monthly rate (annual discount forfeited). After 14 days, annual fees are earned in full and non-refundable. Early termination does not entitle you to a pro-rata refund of unused months.
• Add-on Services: Non-refundable. All add-on fees are earned in full upon payment and are considered compensation for reserving specialized engineering resources.

Cancellation Process

To cancel your subscription, submit a written request to admin@ranklabs.ai at least 7 days before your next billing date. Upon cancellation, your proxy nodes will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which access will be terminated and laboratory metadata deleted within 48 hours.

Technical Liability

We are not liable for any layout shifts or visual discrepancies caused by the mirroring of your HTML templates.

Liability Cap

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the Service during the twelve months preceding the event.
